Promising to become television’s next great crime drama, MAJOR CRIMES is a new 10-episode series set in the Los Angeles Police Department which will debut in summer 2012, following the seventh and final season of The Closer. Starring Mary McDonnell (The Closer, Battlestar Galactica) as Captain Sharon Raydor — who was often seen on a collision course with Kyra Sedgwick’s Deputy Police Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson in The Closer — and with the same stellar producing team in place, MAJOR CRIMES will continue to deliver the high caliber of action and drama of the hit series.
